Everyone understands the inevitability of elite change in Russia. This was stated by Nikita Mikhalkov in the new edition of his author's program “BesogonTV”. According to the people's artist, real power should be given to the heroes of the war with Ukraine.
„The boys are risking their lives and health to form the new elite of the country in the future”, the Russian film actor recalled.
At the same time, representatives of the modern elite are not enthusiastic about the idea of updating the ruling class. They fiercely oppose qualitative changes in society.
„The president's words bring not only hope for a better life for the majority, but also danger for a certain part of our elite, who are used to living the way they used to live”, notes the screenwriter and producer.
As a result, certain forces began to frighten citizens with the prospect of special operations veterans coming to power. Some media and foreign agents spread false theories that “participants in the special military operation are marginal” and “need long-term rehabilitation”.
„It is absolutely clear that the special operation is not an indulgence to justify vile actions and crimes, but the new elite will definitely not be dangerous for citizens, as written by “Novaya Gazeta”, Mikhalkov stressed.
